In the price is included cleaning services once a week, towels, pool towels, free Wi-Fi/Satellite TV, and a welcome basket with raki , fruits and other Cretan products, 24/7 phone line, holiday advisor service in personal ,detailed list of suggestions in local area.
The adjoining holiday home is not for rental. The owners usually use it for a couple of weeks each year. If they are on holiday at the same time, then we would ask our guests to behave in a considerate manner. Excessive diving into the shared pool can sometimes cause a large amount of water to go onto the neighboring patio, and so we ask guests to refrain from doing this when there are visitors in the next house.
Please do not use the pool before 9 o’clock in the morning and between 3.00 – 5.00 in the afternoon as this is when we clean and maintain the pool.

Review <<My husband, two children and I stayed at Villa Iperion for three weeks in July-August. Although we had clear instructions on how to get to the villa, we got a little lost upon exiting the highway but recovered our path quickly and arrived at what would be our vacation premises for the next three weeks. Upon arrival we found our fridge stocked up with the basics and that was a blessing as we could just ease into our stay at the villa before rushing to the supermarket. The Cretan Raki, a true reflection of Cretan hospitality, was divine. The breathtaking view of blue sea, the scents from the local plants in the garden, and the solitude were just what we needed to kick off our family vacation. Although the villa is on the small side it functionally contains all the required amenities to make ones stay enjoyable and comfortable. Fortunately we only had one family staying at the adjacent villa which meant the shared pool was pretty much to ourselves. Our children and their cousins, who live nearby, enjoyed it thoroughly. After a few days it literally felt like coming home from our daily adventures. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the entire company is very professional and made sure all our needs were met. Thank you Stavro, and Stelio and our wonderful cleaning lady Ida, and the always on the go maintenance man Kosta! You have all helped create a very memorable vacation for us. Please keep and eye on the two stray dogs in the area. They were inseparable and it was a pleasure to take care of them.>>
